写给ICANN的域名转出投诉信

由于对国内注册商服务的不满，本人早就想把手上在国内注册的域名转到国外去，但无奈国内注册商不是收你手续费，就是要查你身份证，利用各种方式去阻止你将域名转出。偶无意从网上看到一网友将其成功经验贴出（http://www.loveif.com/post/147/），于是借用了其投诉信内容，再按本人情况做了些修改，然后通过ICANN的投诉网址提交。投诉信内容如下：

Dear ICANN,

I got a problem while I was trying to transfer my domain name from one of domain name provider - zitian (zitian.cn) who asked me to fill out an application form and send them a copy of my ID card.

As far as I know, transfer of domain name is not required to provide proof of personal identity, however, the company is using my personal privacy stop me from transfering. If i can't provide what they need, They will never provide me authorization code.

Therefore, I request your help here. Look forward to your response. Thanks.
